The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Gabriel Mark Martinez, age 50 of Longmont, Colo., was sentenced today to the maximum 20-60 months imprisonment for enticement by electronic communication device, a class IV felony. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender for 25 years.
Theodore R. Sobott, age 35 of Sidney was arraigned today on possession of methamphetamine (greater than 10 grams) with intent to deliver or distribute, a class IC felony, and possession of a firearm by a felon, a class ID felony. A status hearing is scheduled for Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m.
Kameron Walker, age 26 of Sidney, had a status hearing. Jury trial is scheduled for Nov. 12 at 8:30 a.m.
Paul A. Lucero, age 39 of Sidney, had a status hearing. Jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, before the Honorable Randin R. Roland:
Dylan Hull, age 18 of Sidney, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of burglary, a class IIA felony. Arraignment in District Court is scheduled for Nov. 4 at 8:30 a.m.
