A memorial service will be held for Anita Lee Kocourek of Lakewood, Colo. at 11:11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, at the Olinger Crown-Hill Mortuary in Wheatridge, Colo.
Anita passed away Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015 at Collier Hospice Center. Memorials may be made to Mark Kocourek, 830 S. Foothills Drive, Lakewood, CO 80228.
Olinger Crown-Hill Mortuary is in charge of Anita’s arrangements.
