Five different Red Raiders score touchdowns in 45-30 victory
HASTINGS, Neb. -- The Sidney High School football team improved to 2-0 on the young season with a 45-30 road victory against Adams Central on Friday night.
Derek Robb and Alex Lindemann scored two touchdowns apiece for the Red Raiders (2-0), while teammates Brady Radcliffe, Jake Heeren and Hunter Secrest each found the end zone in the game.
Sidney opened a 21-0 advantage and led 21-8 at the intermission.
The Red Raiders and Patriots (0-2) exchanged scores for most of the second half, but Sidney maintained control and the momentum during that stretch.
Sidney will play its home opener next Friday against Hastings at 7 p.m.
