The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Brianna West, age 19 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on charges of No Proof of Financial Responsibility, a class II misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty. She was sentenced to a $250 fine plus court costs.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Theodore Medina, age 25, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Disturbing the Peace, a class III misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for Sept. 2.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Benjamin Montalbano, age 25 of Chicago, failed to appear for arraignment on a charge of Theft – Less than $200, a class II misdemeanor. Bench Warrant issued.

Julia Steffens, age 34 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI -1st, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for Sept. 14.

Mark Meyer, age 40 of Sterling, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for Sept. 14.

Ashley Fulton, age 18 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of No Proof of Financial Responsibility, a class II misdemeanor. She pleaded not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for Sept. 14.

Sara Wright, age 20 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on charges of DUI – Drugs and Failure to Report an Accident, a class W misdemeanor and a class II misdemeanor, respectively. She pleaded not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for Sept. 14.

Michael J. Livingstone, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for Pretrial Hearing on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking and Obstructing a Peace Officer, class II and class I misdemeanors respectively. Pretrial Hearing set for Sept. 8.

Joshua L. Courtney, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for Pretrial Hearing on a charge of DUI 2nd – High Test. Pretrial Hearing continued until Aug. 24.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Ruben Flores, age 22 of Lincoln, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – 1st. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty. He was sentenced to 6 months of probation and a $500 fine plus court costs.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Michael Pixley, age 25 of Cheyenne, Wyo., appeared for a Pretrial Hearing on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Pretrial Hearing continued to Sept. 28.

Christian Willey, age 19 of Potter, appeared for a Pretrial Hearing on charges of DUI – High Test, Criminal Mischief – $500 to $1500, False Reporting, and Failure to Report an Accident, a class W misdemeanor, a class I misdemeanor, a class I misdemeanor and a class II misdemeanor respectively. Pretrial Hearing continued until Sept. 24.

Stephanie Mitchell, age 23 of Sidney, failed to appear for arraignment on a charge of No Proof of Financial Responsibility, a class II misdemeanor. Motion to forfeit bond to be filed.

Joshua Manchester, age 34 of Sidney, failed to appear for arraignment on a charge of No Proof of Financial Responsibility, a class II misdemeanor, and Operating a Motor Vehicle During a Period of Revocation, a class II misdemeanor. Motion to forfeit bond to be filed.

Koby Bockhahn, age 20 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Assault – 3rd Degree, a class I misdemeanor. Pretrial Hearing set for 9/28.

Aaron Osborne, age 28, of Sidney, NE, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 2nd – High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for Sept. 28.

Joshua L. Courtney, age 24 of Sidney, NE, appeared for Pretrial Hearing on a charge of DUI 2nd – High Test. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving, a class III misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months probation and $500 fine plus court costs.

Edward Miller, age 39 of Sidney, failed to appear for Pretrial Hearing on a charge of Criminal Mischief, a class I misdemeanor. Motion to forfeit bond to be filed.

Bert Saxton, age 58 of North Platte, Neb., appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd – High Test, a class I misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for Sept. 28.

Jordan Ward, age 22 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Assault – 3rd Degree. He pleaded guilty. He was fined $400 plus court costs.

Misty Wintholz, age 38 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for Sept. 14.

Kevin Heuple, age 22 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for Sept. 14.

Scott Touney, age 32, of Sidney, NE, appeared for Pretrial Hearing on a charge of False Reporting, a class I misdemeanor. Pretrial Hearing continued until Sept. 28.

Jacquelyn T. Lane, age 32 of Sidney, appeared for Pretrial Hearing on charges of Theft by Shoplifting and Obstructing a Police Officer, class II and class I misdemeanors respectively. Trial set for Sept. 29.
