Chadron State College President Dr. Randy Rhine stopped in Sidney Monday afternoon as part of a tour discussing CSC's new facilities.
A small group of local Chadron State College alumni and educators met for lunch and a discussion with Rhine.
"Sidney and Cheyenne County have strong connections with Chadron State College," Rhine said. "There's about an estimated 400 graduates of ours that are from Cheyenne County, so that's a fairly high number, and we are really pleased that they go up there for school."
