Sidney Rotary members who recently received Paul Harris Foundation awards were, from left: John Eastman, Matt Moore, Louella Pippitt, Gregory Scripp and Wendall Gaston.
Three Sidney Rotary members were awarded their first Paul Harris Foundation awards for contributions to the foundation and the Sidney club.
Matt Moore, Louella Pippitt and Wendall Gaston were presented pins and certificates from the foundation. Also awarded at the meeting was John Eastman with his third award, while Gregory Scripp received his fourth award.
Other past Paul Harris award winners from the Sidney Rotary Club are Rob Robinson, Rob Rauner Jr., Steven Mattoon, Joe Christopher and Ralph Castner. Jack Knicely is the most-awarded Paul Harris recipient with five recognitions and is considered a Paul Harris Benefactor. Knicely is a past District Governor of District 5630 and a long-standing member of the Sidney Rotary Club.
The Sidney Rotary Club meets Mondays at 6:15 p.m. at Buffalo Point and welcomes anyone interested in becoming a member.
