Court Briefs 07-30-15

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, July 27, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Steven Diedrich, age 36 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of 3rd degree assault, a class I misdemeanor. He requested counsel. Entry of plea set for Aug. 10.

Brittanie Yack, age 29 of Lodgpole, appeared a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Pre-trial conference continued to Aug. 10.

Brian Heasley, age 34 of Waterloo, Iowa, appeared for presentment on charges of possession of marijuana with intent and possession of marijuana over one pound, a class III and IV felony, respectively. Preliminary hearing set for Aug. 4 at 2:30 p.m. Bond set at $50,000 with 10 percent allowed.

Seth Heasley, age 21 of Decatur, Tenn., appeared for presentment on charges of Possession of MJ with Intent and Possession of MJ over 1 pound. A class III and IV felony, respectively. Preliminary hearing set for Aug. 4 at 2:30 p.m. Bond set at $50,000 with 10 percent allowed.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Brian Heasley, age 34 of Waterloo, Iowa, appeared for a bond review on charges of possession of marijuana with intent and possession of marijuana over one pound, a class III and IV felony, respectively. Heasley waived his preliminary hearing. Bond reduced to $25,000 with 10 percent allowed. Charges bound over to District Court. arraignment set for Aug. 4 at 9:30 a.m.
