WAYNE, Neb. – Wayne State College has added a new concentration to the Master of Science in Organizational Management degree program. Human Resource Management concentration will be available starting in the spring 2016.
The concentration is designed for those students who want to maximize employee performance in service to their employer’s strategic objectives. The program focuses on key human resource functions and addresses a strategic approach to managing people in relation to the workplace culture and environment.
Admittance requirements into the MSOM Program are a Graduate Record Examination General Test score of 280 and an undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.00 scale. The MSOM degree program also offers concentrations in Sport and Recreation Management and Information Technology.
Wayne State College, a regional, public four-year college located in northeast Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State College System.
