The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Monday, June 29, 2015, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Devon Holder, age 27 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a charge of child abuse, a class IIIA felony. He received 24-48 months at the Department of Corrections.
The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Eric Shultz, age 25 and is homeless, appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class IV felony. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 9 at 10:30 a.m.
