Pennington arraigned; bond amount lowered

Mylissa Pennington, 19, of Lodgepole, pleaded not guilty to six felony charges on Tuesday.

Her case was bound over to District Court last week after a County Court judge found it appeared the offenses occurred and there was probable cause to believe Pennington committed them.

Pennington is charged with cultivating marijuana and illegal mushrooms, possession with attempt to deliver marijuana and illegal mushrooms, placing a false bomb and possession of drug money.
