Court Briefs 05-29-15

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, May 26, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Justin Butts, age 30 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class IV felony. The case was bound over. Arraignment in District Court set for June 9 at 8:30 a.m.

Erik Schultz, age 25 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent and possession of methamphetamine with intent, a class III felony and II felony, respectively. Preliminary hearing set for June 5 at 9 a.m.

Joshua Curry, age 29 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class IV felony. Preliminary hearing set for June 5 at 10 a.m.

Chance Harmon, age 23 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of distribution of marijuana, a class III felony. Preliminary hearing set for June 8 at 3 p.m.

Dillon Grabowski, age 23 of Lodgepole, appeared for presentment on charges of manufacturing marijuana and mushrooms, possession of marijuana and mushrooms with intent and placing a false bomb, class III, III, III, III and IV felonies, respectively. Preliminary hearing set for June 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Daniel Gonzalez, age 35 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent and possession of methamphetamine with intent, a class III felony and II felony, respectively. Preliminary hearing set for June 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Robert Woods, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class I misdemeanor. He waived the preliminary hearing. Arraignment set for July 1 at 9:30 a.m.

Devan Cook, age 22 of Potter, appeared for presentment on charges of possession of marijuana and methamphetamine with intent, a class III and II felony; respectively. Preliminary hearing set for June 5 at 8:30 a.m.

Mylisa Pennington, age 21 of Lodgepole, appeared for presentment on charges of manufacturing marijuana and mushrooms, possession of marijuana and mushrooms with intent and placing a false bomb, class III, III, III, III, and IV felonies; respectively. Preliminary hearing set for June 5 at 11 a.m.
