Engagement: Young, Cochran to marry

David and Julie Young of Tucson, Ariz. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Ann Young, to Shane Matthew Cochran, son of Kelly and Kevin Utley of Sidney, and Rondell and Karen Cochran of Broomfield, Colo.

The future bride graduated cum laude from Chadron State College in 2014 where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She is a legal assistant and the office manager at Snyder, Hilliard and Bishop, LLO in Kearney.

The future groom graduated Summa cum Laude from Dakota Wesleyan University in 2007 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2011. He is an attorney at Snyder, Hilliard and Bishop, LLO in Kearney.

A June 27th wedding is being planned. The couple will make their home in Kearney.
