An Equine Welfare Training short course planned for May 14 at Sidney has been postponed for lack of registrations.
Organizers hope to reschedule the course, which is hosted by the Nebraska Horse Council and Nebraska Extension.
The course is designed to prepare law enforcement personnel for conducting investigations concerning neglected and abused horses and laws pertaining to livestock abuse and neglect.
