The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, April 27, 2015 before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Martin Couch, age 44 of Lodgepole, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st, a class W misdemeanor. Pre trial continued to later date.
Matthew Cleays, age 31 of Morrill, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI-D, a class W misdemeanor. He pleaded guilty to DUI-D, a class W misdemeanor. He received seven days in jail plus a $500 fine.
Margaret Kleich, age 68 of Dalton, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st High, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of plea has been continued to May 11.
Karen Lenzen, age 33 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of issuing a bad check, a class II misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $58.46 and fines plus courts in the amount of $117.50.
Corey Speer, age 45 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on charges of resisting arrest, obstruction, refusal of a chemical test and DUI 1st, a class I misdemeanor, I misdemeanor, W misdemeanor and W misdemeanor; respectively. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and DUI 1st, a class I and W misdemeanor; respectively. Judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation report. Sentencing set for June 8.
Kent Egging, age 50 of Gurley, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 2nd High, a class I misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. Pre-trial set for May 26 at 9 a.m.
Jacquelyn Lane, age 31 of Potter, appeared for presentment on a charge of DUI 4th High, a class III felony. She requested counsel. Preliminary hearing set for May 14 at 9 a.m.
Jorge Rios, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of 3rd degree assault, a class I misdemeanor. He requested counsel. Entry of plea set for May 11.
William Ogle, age 25 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of 3rd degree assault and child abuse, both class I misdemeanors. He appeared with counsel. Pre-trial conference set for May 26.
Nicholas Reinhart, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a charge of domestic assault, a class I misdemeanor. He received 88 days in jail with 28 days credit.
Tyson Bockhahn, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of domestic assault, a class I misdemeanor. Pre-trial conference set for May 26.
