Gering took top honors by posting a score of 344. Alliance finished second with 356 strokes, Chadron was third with 367 and Sidney shot 389.

Garrett Wamsley, the only player with significant varsity experience, led the team with a 92. The other varsity scores included Jake Burke (96), Cole Westfall (98), Montana Morrison (103) and Tyler Miller (111). Several players missed the event because of prom.

The Raiders will be back on course Monday at Scottsbluff with the first tee scheduled for 9 a.m. The team heads to Chadron for the Western Conference Tournament on Thursday for another 9 a.m. start.
