The Deuel County 4-H Council received a $2,000 grant from Farm Credit Services of America to help build new sheep and goat pens at the county fairgrounds.
The grant was made out of the FCSAmerica Working Here Fund, which provides grants for projects and organizations that make a positive, long-term impact in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota or Wyoming in the areas of agriculture education, young and beginning producers and hunger and nutrition.
