Sidney High School students have put in months of labor and collaboration to put the finishing touches on remodeling and improving a house located at 1833 Maple St. The students hosted their first open house to the public on Saturday morning.
Beau McConnell, Sidney High's construction teacher as well as Kim Castner, the school's design teacher, have helped their students gain a hands on opportunity dealing with team work, planning, budgeting and construction. The students worked together to make design and decoration decisions for the home.
