The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, April 13, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Martin Couch, age 44 of Lodgepole, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st , a class W misdemeanor. Pre-trial conference continued to April 27.
Troy Haas, age 37 of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., did not appear for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 3rd, class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea continued to April 13.
Jason Buettenback, age 31 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense: High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He appeared with counsel and pleaded not guilty. Pre-trial conference set for April 27.
Matthew Cleays, age 31 of Morrill, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI-D, a class W misdemeanor. A pre-trial conference has been set for April 27.
Colton Card, age 25 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd High and CCW, both class I misdemeanors. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded no contest to an amended charge of DUI 1st High and CCW, a class W and I misdemeanor, respectively. He was not represented by counsel. He received 12 months probation plus $900 in court costs and fines.
Michael Westman, age 23 of Imperial, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st High, a class W misdemeanor. He retained an attorney and entered a not guilty plea. Status hearing set for April 27.
Margaret Kleich, age 68 of Dalton, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st High, a class W misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea set for April 27.
Yolanda Richardson, age 45 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault: Menacing Threats, a class I misdemeanor. She received 6 months probation.
Stan Guyett, age 53 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of violating the Sex Offender Registration Act, a class IV felony. Preliminary Hearing set for April 21 at 9:30 a.m.
Tina Maxson, age 48 of Morrill, appeared for presentment on a charge of criminal impersonation, a class III felony. Preliminary hearing set for April 21 at 10:30 a.m.
