A Brain Injury Conference will be held at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney on April 16-17. Persons with a brain injury and/or their caregivers or family members and professionals who serve brain survivors should attend.

The Panhandle Quilt Guild will meet on Saturday, April 18 at 9:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Chadron. Bring a sack lunch and after the meeting, the group will attend the Chadron Quilt Show, “Festival of Quilts.” Contact Lori Sanders at (308) 631-6527 for carpooling.

The Nancy Fawcett Memorial Library in Lodgepole will hold a “Jigsaw Puzzle” tournament on Sunday, April 19 from 1-5 p.m. Teams consist of two adults. Registration ends March 23 at 5 p.m.

The Administrative Professionals Day luncheon will be held Wednesday, April 22 from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Security First Bank’s conference room. Cost is $20 per person. Lunch and gifts provided to all who attend. For reservations, RSVP to the Chamber at (308) 254-5851 by April 15.

The “Colorful Peetz Fun Run” will be held Saturday, April 25 at 9 a.m. Options for a 5K or 1-mile route. The cost is $25 for adults, $15 for ages 5-17 and free for 0-4 year olds. Registration at http://www.active.com/ and search for Peetz.

Join us on April 28th at 7 p.m. at the Sidney High School Auditorium as Cheyenne County CASA presents “A Night of Music”. This fund raiser event will feature local talent.
