The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, March 9, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Troy Haas, age 37 of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 3rd, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea continued to April 13.
Ellen Heinitz, age 36 of Sterling, Colo., failed to appear for sentencing on a charge of Theft, a class I misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $300 in restitution plus court costs.
Kent Egging, age 51 of Gurley, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 2nd High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He indicated he’d retain an attorney. Entry of Plea continued to March 23.
Kimberly Woletmath, age 54 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st and Refusal of a Chemical Test, class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pleaded guilty to an amended charge of DUI 1st,, a class W misdemeanor. She received six months probation.
Matthew Marino, age 34 of Gering, appeared for sentencing on a charge of DUI 1st and Child Abuse, a class W and I misdemeanor, respectively. He received 24 months Intensive Supervised Probation and $1,000 in fines.
Trent Hansen, age 36 of Grover, Colo., appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hydrocodone, a class IV Felony. Preliminary hearing set for March 16 at 1 p.m.
Jason Buettenback, age 31 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense: High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He appeared with counsel and pleaded not guilty. Pre-trial conference set for April 13.
Antonio Sanchez, age 31 of Illif, Colo., appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Terroristic Threats and 3rd Degree Domestic Assault (prior conviction), both class IV felonies. The hearing has been continued to March 23 at 1:30 p.m.
