Rocha graduates from basic training

Air Force Airman Robert C. Rocha graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas.

Rocha is the son of Robert R. Rocha of Sidney and Melody H. Keller of Gurley, and the brother of Alexis A. Rocha of Florida and Mikel C. Anderson of Colorado Springs, Colo.

He is a 2010 graduate of Leyton High School.

Rocha completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
