Mahr making her mark

Throughout many a heated athletic contest, Sarah Mahr may be best remembered around these parts for a warrior's face that revealed an absolute desire to win – or at least a willingness to pour everything she had into the effort.

But when the clock stopped and that stare of determination melted away, there quickly emerged a different Sarah. With a disposition so charming, easy going and humble it often belied a young woman with her considerable talent and drive.
