Soaking in some of the winter thaw

Some of the ducks and geese soak in some of the sun near the pond in front of Buffalo Point Steakhouse and Cabela's on Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures rose close to 40 degrees in Sidney, creating a bit of a respite from the sub-zero temperatures and wind chills in the past few days.
