The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Troy Haas, age 37 of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 3rd, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for Jan. 26.
Slimane Lashini, age 47 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for Jan. 12.
Kimberly Wittrock, age 42 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on charges of Attempted Strangulation and 3rd Degree Assault: Fight by Mutual Consent, class I and II misdemeanors; respectively. Entry of Plea set for Jan. 12.
Thomas Schmidt, age 24 of Chappell, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st, a class W misdemeanor. Pre-trial conference set for Jan. 26.
Jessica Blanco-Turner, age 28 of Bridgeport, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI, a class W misdemeanor. She pled no contest and received six months probation and a $500 fine.
Stacey Callahan, age 39 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st, a class W misdemeanor. Jury trial scheduled for Feb. 2.
Kimberly Wittrock, age 42 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Attempted Strangulation and 3rd Degree Assault: Fight by Mutual Consent, class I and II misdemeanors, respectively. She requested counsel. Entry of Plea set for Jan. 12.
Ellen Heinitz, age 36 of Sterling, Colo., appeared for sentencing on a charge of Theft, a class I misdemeanor. Sentencing has been continued to Jan. 5.
Bret Bondegard, age 38 of Lodgepole, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He pled not guilty and appeared with counsel. Entry of Plea set for Jan. 5 at 11 a.m.
Andrea Mikelson, age 26 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI-D, a class W misdemeanor. Jury trial set for March 24.
Joshua Curry, age 29 of Sidney, appeared for a bond review on a charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, a class IV felony. He also waived his preliminary hearing. Bond set at $10,000 with 10 percent allowed. Arraignment set for Jan. 13 at 8:30 a.m. in District Court.
