Several local students won awards as part of this year’s District D1-6 Play Production contest held at Potter-Dix High School.
Winning “Superior Acting” awards were: Samuel Bogert, Cooper Hicks, Jake Johnson, Cameron Purcell and Jamison Trvs, all of Potter-Dix; and Rhett Dye, Mikeala Franzen, Alyssa Jones, Aaron Schrotberge and Jaedon Wann, of Leyton.
Potter-Dix was the runner-up for the team award, behind champion Paxton.
