Creek Valley H.S. drop/add dates announced

CHAPPELL – Creek Valley Senior High students who wish to change their schedule for the second semester may do so Dec. 10-12. This will be the only time students will be allowed to change their schedules for the second semester.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Student contacts Mrs. Ford, who will give them a “class schedule change” form.

2. Student gets the teacher’s signature of class to be dropped.

3. Student gets the teacher’s signature of class to be added.

4. Parent/Guardian signs the form giving permission for this course of action.

5. Ford signs the form giving approval of the classes dropped and added.

Deadline for all paperwork is 2:37 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12.
