The following people appeared in Deuel County Court on Monday, Sept,. 29, 2014, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Dennis Chad Smartt-Mead, age 23 of North Platte, Neb., appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent and possession of cocaine. A class IC and IV felony, respectively. Preliminary Hearing has been continued to Pct. 14 at 3:15 p.m.
