Lenora R. Barker, 71 of Sidney, passed away Sunday evening, Sept. 7, 2014 at the Sidney Regional Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Mon., Sept. 15th in the First Christian Church with Dr. Curtiss P. Davis officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Cremation has been held. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family for future designation.

Lenora Ruth Barker, the daughter of Henry Allen and Sarah Ruth (Horton) Smith was born on June 12, 1943 at Hayden, Colo. She graduated from Moffet County High School in 1961 where she participated in Band. On Aug. 19, 1963, Lenora was united in marriage to Creg Barker at Craig, Colo. They moved to Sidney in 1973. Lenora graduated from WNCC in 1995.
Lenora enjoyed crocheting, reading, taking care of her roses, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and collecting Coke collectables and chickens.
Survivors include her husband: Creg of Sidney; her children: Georgia Popham and husband Charlie of Washington State, Russell Barker and wife Mandie, Victory Wernsman and husband Brad and Henry Barker and wife Arla all of Sidney; (19) grandchildren; (5) great-grandchildren; her sister: Lesta Wagner and husband Howard of Washington State, her brothers-in-law: Ferrel Barker of Utah and Fannon Barker of North Dakota and special friends: Phyllis, Melody and Judy.
Lenora was preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Gayle, a brother: Albert, daughter: Beany and great-grandson: Ryder.
