Glen Fraass and Ruth (Ketchersid) Fraass have been selected as the king and queen of the 2014 Lodgepole Old Settlers' Days, scheduled for Aug. 29-Sept. 1.
Glen was born and raised in Lodgepole. He has resided in Lodgepole all his life except for four years in Bremerton, Wash., during World War II when his dad, Paul, worked in the Navy Yard in Bremerton. He was also gone for four years while serving in the United States Air Force from 1952-'56.
