Bobbi Nightingale, 42 of Sidney, died Monday morning, Aug. 18, 2014 at her home north of Sidney.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 22, 2014 in the Light Memorial Presbyterian Church in Sidney with Pastor Leon "Bud" Gillespie officiating. Services will conclude at the church.
Cremation has taken place and there is no visitation at the funeral home. Friends who wish may sign Bobbi's register book on Thursday at the funeral home.
Instead of a memorial, the family requests those who wish to send flowers or balloons to a loved one or friend who loves flowers or balloons in Bobbi's name as she loved receiving flowers and balloons.

Bobbi Jean Nightingale, the daughter of Thomas A. and Priscilla L. (Coen) Nightingale was born Jan. 5, 1972 at Kearney. The family moved to the family farm in Cheyenne County in 1974. She attended school in Sidney, graduating with the class of 1991. After high school she worked at OHD for a few years while making her home with her parents.
She loved her family, movies, books and receiving flowers and balloons.
Bobbi was a gentle spirit with a loving heart who always had a smile on her face in good times and bad.
Survivors include her mom and dad Tom and Priscilla Nightingale of Sidney; one brother Dean Nightingale of Kearney; two sisters: Sheri and husband Brian Kurz of Sidney and Amy and husband Mark Leach of North Platte; her maternal grandmother Mary Coen of Texarkana, Ark .; nieces and nephews: Allie and husband John Matson, Katie and Jared Nightingale, Jakob and Owen Kurz and Jason Thomas Leach; and her loving cat Monica.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and her maternal grandmother.
