The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Thursday, July 31, 2014 before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Joe Liges, age 54 of Sidney appeared for a preliminary hearing in two cases, both charges of possession of hash, both class IV felonies. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been set for Aug. 12 at 8: 30 a.m. in district court.
Jessie Choate, age 22 of Loveland, Colorado appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of hash and possession of hydrocodone, both class IV felonies. A preliminary hearing has been set for Aug. 21.
