Amber Lynn Rasmussen and William Ryan Owens, together with their parents, are pleased to announce their upcoming marriage.
Amber is the daughter of Rick and Robbin Rasmussen of Blair, Neb. Grandparents are Bill and Gwen Rasmussen, also of Blair. Amber graduated from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012 and is currently employed as an interior designer.
William is the son of John and Susan Owens of Sidney. Grandparents are Bill and Claudia Garber, also of Sidney. William graduated from University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2011 and is currently employed as a nuclear security officer.
The couple is planning an October 4 wedding at Willow Creek Chapel in Shelby, Iowa.
