The following people appeared in Deuel County District Court on Monday, May 5, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Susan Woolery, age 54 of Big Springs, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Distribution of Marijuana and Vicodin. Both are class III felonies. Her pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 2 at 1:30 p.m. and a jury trial has been scheduled for June 11-12.
David Reyes, age 18 of Arvada, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. He pled not guilty and a status hearing has been scheduled for June 2 at 1:30 p.m.
Sharlemayne Dexter, age 39 of Lodgepole, appeared for sentencing on a charge of Theft, a class IV felony. Her probation was also revoked on a separate charge of Issuing a Check on No Account, which is a class IV felony. She received 6 month consecutive sentences on each case to be served under the supervision of the Department of Corrections.
Jonathon Bush, age 24 of Dillon, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. He pled not guilty and the case has been scheduled for a status hearing on July 7 at 1 p.m.
Berit Golden, age 26 of St. Paul, Minn., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. She pled not guilty and the case has been scheduled for a status hearing on July 7 at 1 p.m.
Samawada Issak, age 24 of St. Paul,Minn., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. She pled not guilty and the case has been scheduled for a status hearing on July 7 at 1 p.m.
Garrison Laborde, age 24 of Lafayette, La., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Amphetamine. This is a class IV felony. He pled not guilty and the case has been scheduled for a status hearing on July 7 at 1 p.m.
Nathaniel Way, age 26 of St. Paul, Minn., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. He pled not guilty and the case has been scheduled for a status hearing on July 7 at 1 p.m.
Louis Smith, age 33 of St. Louis, Mo., did not appear for sentencing on a charge of Attempted Possession of Marijuana with Intent and Possession of Marijuana over 1 pound. Both are class IV felonies. Sentencing has been continued to July 7 at 2 p.m.
The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, May 5, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Tammie Stansbury, age 43 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault. This is a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled guilty to Attempted 3rd Degree Assault, a class II misdemeanor. She received 28 days in jail.
Jason Anderson, age 37 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Domestic Assault and Violation of a Domestic Protection Order. Both are class I misdemeanors. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 28 and a jury trial set for Aug. 15.
Shawn Glaser, age 28 of Scottsbluff, appeared for sentencing on a charge of Violation of a Domestic Protection Order and Violation of a Harassment Protection Order. These are class I and II misdemeanors, respectively. He received 90 days on the I misdemeanor and 60 days on the II misdemeanor, to be run concurrently.
