The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Thursday, April 24 before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Tyler Pokorny, age 36 of Omaha, appeared for arraignment on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. He pled guilty and received a $300 fine plus court costs.

David Reyes, age 18 of Arvada, Colo., appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for May 5 at 1:30 p.m.

Gabriel Zajec, age 31 of Big Springs, appeared for sentencing on charges of 3rd Degree Assault and Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both are class I misdemeanors. He received 18 months probation.

Connor Stone, age 21 of Denver, Colo., appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 29 at 9 a.m.

Levi Queen age 33 of Colo. appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Poss of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Poss of Marijuana over 1 pound. These are class III and IV felonies, respectively.

Michelle Weaver Tucker, age 33 of Chappell, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Theft, a class II misdemeanor. She asked for an attorney. Entry of plea is scheduled for May 15.

Cody Kurth age 22 of Chappell, appeared for presentment on a charge of Criminal Mischief, a class IV felony. He appeared with counsel. A status hearing has been scheduled for May 15 at 9 a.m.

Sandy Paiz, age 54 of Ovid, Colo., appeared for presentment on a charge of DUI 3rd Offense and Chem Test Refusal. The first is a class IIIA felony and the second a I misdemeanor. A preliminary hearing is set for April 29 at 9 a.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, April 28, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Bart Butler, age 35 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Obstruction, a class I misdemeanor. His pre-trial conference is set or May 27 at 9 a.m.

Tammie Stansbury, age 43 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault, a class I misdemeanor. The pre-trial conference was continued to May 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Joshua Yack, age 33 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 2nd and 3rd Degree Assault. These are class W and I misdemeanors, respectively. The pre-trial conference has been continued to May 12 at 9 a.m.

Robert Medina, age 29 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of DUI 3rd Offense, a class I misdemeanor. He received 3 years intensive supervised probation, a $1,000 fine and 30 days jail.

Gary Vannatter Jr age 25 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st Offense and Chem Test Refusal. Both are class W misdemeanors. He asked for an attorney. Entry of plea is set for May 12 at 9 a.m.

Jose Perez age 34 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He asked for an attorney. Entry of plea is for May 12 at 9 a.m.

Gabriel Portillo, age 37 of Potter, appeared for presentment on a charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Child Abuse. These are class ID and class IIIA felonies, respectively. He requested an attorney. His preliminary hearing is set for May 7 at 9 a.m.

Jamie Holtz, age 27 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI-D 1st 2nd Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He asked for an attorney. Entry of plea has been scheduled for May 12.

Leslie Rosenbaum, age 26 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI High 2nd Offense, a class W misdemeanor. She appeared with counsel. Entry of plea has been scheduled for May 27.

Rebecca White, age 32 of Kimball, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense High Test, a class W misdemeanor. She appeared with counsel. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled no contest to an amended charge of DUI 1st Offense. A PSI was ordered by Judge Roland.
