The following person appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, April 14, before the Honorable Travis O’Gorman:
Amanda Sykora, age 30 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of Theft, a class IV felony. She received 18 months probation and paid $4000 in restitution.
The following person appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, April 15, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Scott Sabin, age 51 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Manufacturing Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. Both are class III felonies. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for May 7 at 8:30 a.m.
The following person appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Tuesday, April 15, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Corbin Coomes, age 23 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of Attempted Distribution of Hyrocodone and Attempted Distribution of Marijuana. Both are class IV felonies. He received 5 years probation
