Practice is underway for the spring sports season, when weather allows. Students from Peetz High School hit the track on Wednesday. The first meet of the season, at least in Nebraska, is scheduled for Saturday in Chadron. Peetz competes in Yuma, Colo. Despite limited outdoor practice so far this season, Whitney Christian is already feeling comfortable clearing the hurdles.
