Shannon Gilbreath, 47 of Casper, Wyo. and former Sidney resident, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 in Loveland, Colo.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Sat., March 1st in the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel with Pastor Mark Zalesky officiating. Inurnment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Sidney at a later date.
Cremation has been held. Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Friday to sign Shannon's register book and drop off condolences for the family. Gehrig-Stitt Chapel & Cremation Service, LLC is in charge of Shannon's care and funeral arrangements.
Shannon Gilbreath, the daughter of Eldon F. and Vera M. (Shoopman) Gilbreath was born on July 30, 1966 in Sidney. She spent her early childhood in Loveland and attended Sidney Public Schools. Shannon married Daniel Wolff and to this union daughter Whitney R. Wolff was born.
Shannon will be remembered as a free spirit who enjoyed her friends, the outdoors and traveling but the joys of her life was her daughter.
Survivors include (1) daughter: Whitney Wolff of Sidney and (1) granddaughter: Kaydence Wolff of Sidney; (1) brother: Scott Gilbreath of Casper, Wyo .; an uncle: Don Gilbreath of Douglas, Wyo .; aunts: Ardyce Zalesky and Judy Harris both of Sidney and numerous extended family members and friends.
Shannon was preceded in death by her parents, (1) brother: Michael, her uncles: Ron Gilbreath and Bob Zalesky, aunts: Willene Maun and Patricia Gilbreath.
