Members of the parks, street and water departments, along with Sidney police and deputies from the Cheyenne County Sheriff's Office, controlled traffic during services for Dick Cabela on Friday morning. Hundreds turned out to mourn the passing of Cabela's co-founder, as well as to celebrate his life and accomplishments. Due to the amount of traffic, the city called on support from all departments.
