Sidney golfer will tee up for the Eagles and study toward a medical career
Karson Langley, a key member of the 2013 Sidney girls golf team that qualified for state, has signed a letter of intent to golf for Chadron State College in the fall.
Langley was one of five Sidney student-athletes signing letters of intent Wednesday to play sports at the college level. She is the daughter of Brett and Kim Langley of Sidney.
In addition to her golf skills, Langley is also a straight-A student. She was accepted as an alternate to the selective Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP) and will study courses in pre-med beginning in August.
