The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Friday, Jan. 24, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Nikole Houser, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Meth, which is a class IV felony. She asked for counsel. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 3 at 10:30 a.m. Bond was set at $10,000 with 10 percent allowed.
Anthony Kuhns of Sidney appeared for presentment on a charge of Theft. This is a class III felony.He asked for counsel. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. Bond was set at $50,000 with 10 percent allowed.
