Court Briefs - 01-02-14

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday Dec. 23, 2013 before the Honorable Randin R. Roland:

Luke Rauner, age 33 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st Offense: High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He pled not guilty.

Aaron Cook, age 26 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st Offense: High Test. This is a class W misdemeanor. His pre-trial conference has been continued to Jan. 27 at 9 a.m.

Robert Linebeck, age 52 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He pled no contest to an amended charge of DUI 1st Offense, also a class W misdemeanor. He received a $500 fine plus court costs and six months of probation.
