Joan Bell, 68 of Sidney, passed away at the Golden Living Center, Wednesday, December 25, 2013.
Funeral services are pending and will be announced when available.
Gehrig-Stitt Chapel & Cremation Service, LLC is in charge of Joan’s care and funeral arrangements.
