A look back at 2013

Only the most daring faced into the wind as a dust storm whipped through the fairgrounds on a Thursday evening during the Cheyenne County Fair. Dust blanked out the carnival lights and temporarily sent tractor pull fans scattering. The wind eventually settled down.
