Weekend fight ends in man's death

Theodore Medina, 23, of Sidney was arrested Saturday for first degree assault, a felony after an altercation between he and a man identified as Ernest Ward.

Ward was taken to Sidney Regional Medical Center, where he died Saturday night. The investigation into this matter is ongoing, according to the Cheyenne County attorney's office.

An autopsy was ordered.
