Dozens of costumed characters descended on the fairgrounds for the annual Hay Days gathering. The event, hosted by Cook Kids Club/No Limits and Kids Plus, featured prizes, a bouncy house and a visit from McGruff, the crime dog. Members of the Sidney Police Department and Cheyenne County Sheriff's Office handed out treats.
