Marvin L. “Pat” Pattison, 89, of Scottsbluff, died May 13, 2013 at Golden Living Center. At his request cremation has taken place and there will be no service.

Pat was born October 4, 1923 at Gering to John A. and Fern (Grove) Pattison. He received his early education at Gering and graduated from Gering High School in 1941. He married Wilma Lee Bailey on May 20, 1945 at the First Presbyterian Church in Scottsbluff. His death was just 7 days short of their being married 68 years.
Pat spent his adult life in the retail grocery business. He was owner of the Town and Country Market in Sidney. The store was opened in 1956 and sold in 1988.
Survivors include his wife Wilma Lee, two daughters: Susie Haugan and Kay Vowers; 6 grandchildren: Kurt Haugan, Ryan Vowers, Holly Haugan, Jason Vowers, Jed Vowers and Mandy Vowers; and 8 great grandchildren: Brooke, Hunter, Taylor, Lilly, Jax, Slate, Courtney and Anna.
The family wishes to extend a special “Thank You” to the personnel at The Golden Living Center for the care and friendship received while he was there.
