Cabela's gives to 4-H program

Cabela’s representatives Travis Westover and Connie Carillo present a donation to Randy Moeller, president of the Sidney Shooting Park and coach of the youth 4-H programs. The check, in the amount of $1,134.55 will help defray costs for participants in the park’s firearms safety fundamentals courses for young people. Some 45 youths are involved in 4-H shooting programs at the park, which run from February through mid-May, and again in the fall. Cabela’s raises funds for such educational projects through their “round up” option. Shoppers at Cabela’s retail stores nationwide are able to round their bill up to the nearest dollar, with the added amount going toward youth-oriented programs in the store’s area.
