Good health doesn't have to be complicated

We go along doing our normal routine when suddenly for no apparent reason, we fall off the cliff. Maybe not a literal cliff but figuratively speaking our health seems to suddenly run downhill.

Many of us will play the shoulda, woulda, coulda game thinking we should have seen this coming. I would have done something different. I could have changed things.

Well obviously, that’s not going to change anything about where we are today.

Maybe you have been doing what you thought was right all along just to find yourself in a similar situation. You have been exercising, drinking lots of water and you think you eat pretty healthy too but you still find your health is compromised.

Perhaps you are doing the doctor routine now. Perhaps you are even seeing more than one. Perhaps you have received a diagnosis and treatment suggestions. Maybe you are even taking prescriptions but it seems that your health is still slipping away. Perhaps you are scared and you’d like some alternative choices or at the very minimum someone to talk to who can reassure you that there are options.

What now?

There are so many possible answers to this question and many people are skeptical about what is called “Holistic Health”. Even if you have heard the term before, holistic health offers so many viable solutions to meeting and preventing health concerns on a natural basis and various applications that nurture the mind, body and spirit.

•Holistic Health Your body is a whole (mind, body and spirit). Health comes when all three are in balance

•Iridology (Reading eyes) Not only are your eyes the windows to your soul, they give indications of health concerns both past and present.

•Kinesiology also known as muscle testing. Your body is electrically charged! You have internal energy which allows us to evaluate your body’s imbalances or energy blockages.

•Reflexology Techniques Pressure points or “reflex” areas that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body. Applying pressure to these areas promotes health in the corresponding organs through energetic pathways, helping to release toxins, stress and even pain.

•Biofeedback Take the guess-work out of buying nutritional supplements! Biofeedback machines measure electrical fluctuations of your body with exceptional accuracy and deliver a report that you can take home.

•Vitamins/Herbal Therapies Nutrition is key to healing. Your body will heal itself when given the right tools. Herbs are food.

•Aromatherapy The use of natural plant based oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being, rejuvenating mind, body and spirit. Useful for natural healing.

•Nutritional Guidance As stated above, nutrition is key to healing it is one of the main focal points for good health. Many people think they are eating healthy but in reality when we look at it closely they are not getting the vitamins, minerals and nutrition that their body needs.

•Spiritual Guidance Last but certainly not least, we encourage you to build a strong relationship and seek divine guidance with your Lord, spiritual mentor, pastor etc.

All in all, there are many, many options and when we take care of our body it will take care of us. I know, I know, it sounds like a cliché, but the fact is, it’s the truth and what you have been doing obviously hasn’t worked or you wouldn’t be where you are right now. Is it easy? Can you just pop a pill? No, probably not but if you want to feel better and have more energy than you have had in years, alternative choices might just be the answer for you.
