Two Iowans charged with felony drug counts in Cheyenne County

Two Iowa residents are in Cheyenne County Jail today following their arrest Tuesday on drug charges along Interstate 80.

According to an affidavit filed by the Nebraska State Patrol, Jessica L. Carroll, 30, and Benjamin Schneider, 20, were arrested on felony drug possession of marijuana and hashish, with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana (more than one pound) and no drug tax stamps,

In the affidavit, NSP trooper Ron Kissler stopped an eastbound vehicle near mile post 56 along I-80, just west of Sidney, which was clocked three times at between 79 and 80 mph in a 75 mph zone.
