William Joseph Tschacher Sr. (Bill or BJ) 79, passed away Nov. 22, 2012, at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center in Casper, Wyo.
By his request, no funeral or memorial services are planned. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place next spring in the Tschacher Family Plot in Hemingford with military honors once a date has been set.
